Our New Arrival!!!

After many discussions and Ryan leaving a different picture of a chocolate lab on the computer every night for me to see, we found a puppy. I've been completely against it from the beginning but am softening. I loved my lab, Sandy. She was part of the family. I can tell our new puppy will be no different. It does seem to feel like I have two babies now; they both cry, both fight, and both want all my attention. But they both give the best kisses and puppy dog eyes. :) Every morning when Raiyah wakes up she starts yelling, "Doggy, Doggy" and runs around the house looking for her. And then the rest of the day they are inseperable. The only issue at this point is that sometimes Raiyah just wants to be left alone and the puppy just wants Raiyah to love her. Like I said, just like having two babies. But it's been fun. Oh, her name is Bella, which means Beauty in Portuguese. We think it fits her nicely.

Raiyah just loves showing off. Her favorite thing right now is twirling.

I was sure you were going to say to had a baby (without me even knowing you were pregnant, which probably wouldn't be that hard to pull off)!
That is SO exciting you got a puppy! She is adorable! We are definitely going to have to see her when we come down to visit. I LOVE puppies and want one so bad! (maybe someday).
Raiyah is such a cutie and is growing up so fast! You can tell she LOVES to be the center of attention (what kid doesn't?). What a sweetheart!

Looks like Raiyah is in love or at least has her first crush - on a puppy named Bella. Seriously, they're cute together.
Now that you have a "second" child, when are you going to have the third, fourth, fifth, etc. one? I'm sure Raiyah would love a younger brother or sister to boss around.

Talk to you later.

We have to check out the new addition. Jack loves dogs. He will get a kick out of Bella.

What a beautiful dog! I can't believe that we live so close and I never even see you. We need to get together once in a while. I can't believe how fast Raiyah is growing and she couldn't be any cuter.

Hey Heather! I'm so glad you found our blog so we could find yours! Raiyah is just absolutely adorable! What a cutie. Paul's trying to talk me into the dog thing, but so far I've been able to resist. But seeing Raiyah with Bella is almost enough to convince me. Kids with dogs are so cute and they become best friends.

Your blog is so great and I'm so excited to be able to keep up with what's going on in your lives! Love ya!
